march astro forecast
a pocket guide for march 2026 transits and astro weather
This eclipse season has been no joke, ya’ll. I’ve had all 4 of my angles (ascendant, descendant, midheaven, and IC) hit directly… which I suppose is apt for a year governed by an eclipsed solar return.
Eclipses aren’t the only thing going on in the sky this year — in fact, we just had two major ingresses with Saturn and Neptune entering Aries, Uranus is about to settle in Gemini, and Pluto recently began traversing through Aquarius. If you’re tired, that’s understandable. Make sure you’re filling your own cup first.
Read on to find a list of major astrological events, lunations, a rundown of the energy, a brief oracle reading, and herbal allies to support you this month.

energetics
March always carries us through the shift from Pisces to Aries, but this year will be felt more strongly. The rare sequence of a Saturn-Neptune conjunction at 0° Aries on February 20, immediately followed by their cazimis, marks a reset between vision and action — you may feel called to commit to a dream in a more disciplined and grounded way. Mars entering Pisces asks us to move with compassion and the insight that the Saturn and Neptune shifts gifted us. By the time Venus enters Taurus at the end of the month, the focus turns towards stabilization and grounding insights into practical choices. You may feel more ready to invest in what feels steady and truly sustainable.
Midmonth brings a welcome shift as Jupiter stations direct in Cancer for the final time, restoring confidence and forward momentum in matters of our roots. In its exaltation, Jupiter expands what feels protective and life-giving, encouraging you to invest in and strengthen the foundations that bring sustenance. Before Jupiter moves into Leo, we’re given the opportunity to anchor growth in belonging and inner steadiness so the next chapter of higher visibility and creative expression emerges from genuine security rather than performance.
the cards
Inner core: Stay constant in your endeavors and momentum. Seek out those who are reliable and provide stability. Keep your promises.
Fecundity: the ability to produce an abundance of new growth. You have what you need to grow. Cleanse yourself of outdated views, and know that all will be well.
These cards reflect the call from the stars to clarify what is foundational and cleanse away anything that may be unaligned before investing energy outwards. When your roots are strong and your foundation is aligned with your values, what you cultivate can truly flourish.
the herbal allies
Always practice herbalism safely and check for contraindications with medication and medical conditions before consuming.
dandelion root (taraxacum officinale)
Most of us are quite familiar with dandelion — a bright yellow, solar flower that pops up every spring. As a perennial, dandelion has a deep taproot that anchors it firmly into the earth. Medicinally, the root is a bitter tonic that stimulates the digestive system and supports the liver.
During a month rich with Piscean dissolution and renewed forward momentum, dandelion can help us clear stagnation to allow for growth to arise. It supports the process of elimination providing the clarity you need to strengthen your foundation.
Dandelion root can be consumed as a tea or tincture. It can also be roasted and infused as a coffee alternative. Start slowly, avoid if you are allergic to ragweed or other asteraceae, and check with your doctor/herbalist if you have gallbladder or kidney concerns.
nettle (urtica dioica)
Nettle is a mineral-dense green that builds strength through steady nourishment instead of force. It’s rich in iron, calcium, magnesium, and silica, which supports resilience and vitality.
As new commitments solidify, nettle replenishes the energy that sustained growth require. It helps the body adapt to stress while stay grounded and well-resourced.
Nettle is best consumed as a tea, and tastes great chilled with lemon and sweetener as a nettle lemonade. Avoid if pregnant and check with your doctor/herbalist if you have heart or kidney conditions.
